At Printiva, we proudly provide shipping across Europe and the United States, ensuring that customers in countries such as France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and many more can enjoy our products without limitation or restriction.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping: Free for all orders over €50 or $50.
Orders under €50 or $50: Flat fee of €9.90 / $9.90.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via trusted and reliable carriers such as Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, with the choice of method depending on your location as well as the delivery option you select at checkout; this guarantees both flexibility and peace of mind regarding the safe transport of your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 (local warehouse time) are typically processed the same day; if placed after 12:00, they will be processed the following business day, and please note that no orders are processed on Sundays or during public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days.
Express delivery (if selected): 24–48 hours.

Local Pickup – USA and Spain

We also offer the option of free local pickup from our warehouses:

Pickup hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time); however, to ensure smooth service, please book your pickup in advance by emailing us at contact.printiva@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number; this allows you to follow your delivery in real-time and ensures you always know the status of your shipment.

Missed Deliveries & Returns

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, the package may be returned to us; in such cases, additional shipping charges may apply should you wish for us to resend it, so please ensure your address and details are accurate when ordering.
